Programme terms Version 2026-10-18.3

1. For new referrals recorded under these terms, an eligible first-time learner receives 4.7% off the published eligible course package price with a valid active referral code recorded before enrolment. Admissions verifies eligibility and confirms the discounted invoice; submitting an enquiry is not automatic enrolment or payment. The reduction applies to the package price, rounded to the nearest FCFA, not just tuition. Existing claims retain their recorded terms and earned rewards.
2. SQMI’s referral pilot rewards eligible referrals for the NEBOSH International General Certificate (classroom or live virtual classroom) and NEBOSH Process Safety Management. Other courses are not currently rewarded.
3. The reward is 20,000 FCFA for each genuinely new learner’s first eligible, fully paid enrolment, not for an enquiry, examination result or recruiting another referrer. Register once and reuse the same code for any number of different people: there is no per-referrer limit on eligible learners or rewards. The one-reward restriction applies to each learner, not to the referrer.
4. Enter a valid referral code when enquiring, before enrolment. The first valid referral recorded takes priority; duplicate enquiries do not create additional rewards. SQMI resolves disputed claims against its admissions records.
5. No self-referrals, duplicate claims, false identities, unsolicited spam or fraudulent registrations. SQMI may suspend codes and reject ineligible claims.
6. SQMI must verify first-time learner status, actual enrolment, full payment of the agreed discounted course fee and the end of the applicable cancellation/refund period before approving a reward. The referrer still receives 20,000 FCFA in cash; the learner’s discount does not reduce it. Cancelled or refunded enrolments are not eligible.
7. Rewards are paid manually by SQMI using arrangements agreed with the referrer. The website records payments already made; it does not automatically transfer money. Contact admissions for payout arrangements.
8. Referrers must not promise examination passes, qualifications or employment, or imply that the programme is operated or endorsed by NEBOSH.
9. Registration details are used to operate this programme, prevent duplicate claims and administer rewards, not to subscribe you to marketing. Referral codes link enquiries to a referrer; learners’ private information is not shared with referrers.
10. Save your code and link after registering. Registration does not verify ownership of an email address or send an automatic email. For lost codes, disputes or privacy requests, contact infos@sqmicmr.org. These terms do not remove applicable legal rights.
